Main Course: Homemade-Locally Grown and Milled Whole Wheat Sourdough Stuffed Pita (Vegan, Vegetarian and Chicken options available).
Sides: Red potato salad with vegan mayo, mustard, celery and dill and three bean salad on the side.
Drink: Cucumber-Lime-Chocolate Mint beverage, sweetened with local maple syrup.
Desert: Pear Tartlet
